We hope to visit Rome in June arriving at teh Airport of Ciampino and would like to rent a car again with you as we were very satisfied with your service last year.

Maybe I did something wrong but I could not access the month of June on your website.

OK, I look, one moment. I already see. At the left and right hand side of the month once you press the pick up or drop off date you see a white arrow. Click on it and it will go to the next or previous month. Click on the next link to see a screenshot of it:- URL: [link]

And click on the link I just sent to you to see results. Only adjust the times by pressing EDIT on the results page by pressing EDIT at the top left hand side, Click on the next link to see a screenshot of it:- URL: [link]

The rates you see are the best rates available....I just checked among all suppliers at that location

Thank you. I have the information on screen now. I am surprised that prices are so higher than last September?

Suppliers have limited cars in their fleets because of Covid-19 and the demand is growing now because of possible easier travel.

Client

I understand. Please can you confirm that our payment would be refunded immediately if we had to cancel the car hire before departure date (up to 24 hours before).

Agent

In general it takes 5-10 working days with any supplier. You will receive a full refund (if you cancel 24 hours before pick up).
